Genetically engineered glow-in-the-dark zebra fish are making news.

This may not sound like any big deal ... but it is, in the world of tropical fish.

How bright are these fluorescent fish?

Zebra fish typically sell for a modest buck a piece or so at the fish store. The glow-in-the-dark models, though, should retail for about five dollars each.
